The LHA7918 device is a 16 bit high-precision and low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) compatible with SPI, using small DFN-10 and MSOP-10 packages. The LHA7918 device integrates a low drift voltage reference and oscillator. LHA7918 also includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA). These characteristics, combined with a wide range of operating power supply voltages, make LHA7918 highly suitable for sensor measurement applications with limited power consumption and space. LHA7918 can perform conversions at data rates up to 1000 samples per second (SPS). PGA can provide an input range from ± 64mV to ± 6.144V, enabling accurate measurement of both large and small signals. LHA7918 has an input multiplexer (MUX) that can achieve two pairs of differential input measurements or four single ended input measurements. LHA7918 can operate in both continuous conversion mode and single mode. In single mode, these devices can automatically power down after one conversion; Therefore, it significantly reduces power consumption during idle periods.
