The currently designed infrared thermometer utilizes the ZHW3548 as the main controller, packaged in LQFP48 format. The development process, including project initiation, software development, hardware circuit board design, board testing, and final debugging and sample submission, took one week to complete. Next, let's take a look at the functional introduction of the infrared thermometer scheme:
(1) Utilizing an LCD display paired with a three-color backlight, it ensures clear readability in both dark and bright environments. Additionally, when a temperature alarm is triggered, it displays in red;
(2) It allows for free switching between Fahrenheit and Celsius units;
(3) One-click power-on and one-click temperature measurement, with fast and accurate temperature measurement and high precision (±0.2℃);
(4) Multi-button operation, including power on/off button, temperature measurement button, unit button, and mode conversion via composite button operations, such as memory mode, object temperature mode, high temperature warning temperature setting mode, etc;
(5) The device can accurately measure temperature in extreme environments (-10~50℃);
(6) The product composition consists of a control system with a thermopile infrared sensor, microprocessor memory, and other components, a liquid crystal display screen and backlight, a housing, and a battery.
