I. Functional description of software and hardware for the eight-electrode body fat scale solution:
LED display:
1. 3 ultra-white LEDs
2. Displayed number: 188.88 (with two decimal points)
3. Display symbols: ble, kg indicator
4. Do not display body fat percentage (displayed by the APP)
Power Supply: 3 dry batteries of 4.5V
Power on: Pressure-based power on, when the weight on the scale reaches the power-on pressure value (5±2kg), power on
Button: Unit button, no physical button,
Weighing range: Nominal: 5-180kg,
Division: 0.05 kg
Zero clearing for small weights: The minimum lockable weight is 5kg. Weights below 5kg (stable value) are cleared to zero; for weights between 2.5kg and 5.0kg, C is displayed for zero clearing after the weight is locked; for weights less than or equal to -2.50kg, C is displayed for zero clearing
Zero point adjustment range: Automatic zero point adjustment is performed when the system is powered on and the weight is less than 2.5kg
Memory weight value:
1. If the weighing measurement is taken again, but the difference between the new measurement and the previous one is not within 0.3kg, then unlock and re-enter the weighing function,
2. The memory function is effective when the weighing value is ≥6kg,
3. Memory time start condition: Device is turned off and in sleep mode (memory time 30s)
Power on and reset to zero:
1. Display all segment codes upon power-on
2. After the system takes the zero point, it displays "0.00kg"
Lock weight: The screen flashes twice when locked
Overload prompt for weighing: When the weight value exceeds 183kg, an overload prompt "Err" will be displayed
Low voltage indication: When the battery voltage falls below 3.6V±0.2V, the low voltage indication "Lo" will be displayed
Weighing error prompt: Zero point is not accurate. After locking, if the scale is not turned off before stepping off, an error prompt "C" will be displayed
Timed shutdown: The shutdown time without any operation is 15s ±3 s
Lock weight timeout shutdown: If the user does not operate again after the weight is locked, the device will shut down after 15s±3s
Unstable weighing timeout shutdown: The unstable shutdown time during weighing is 15s±3s
Overload and overtime shutdown: Shutdown if overload exceeds 15s ±3s
Low voltage prompt timeout shutdown: Shutdown after 2s±1s of low voltage prompt
Body fat measurement: 1. The system only performs impedance measurement, without performing tasks such as body composition calculation and member matching (which are handled by the server)
2. The system will prompt the process of impedance measurement (8-electrode fat measurement) (the option to place the algorithm on the scale or on the server is available)
Calibration mode:
Using automatic calibration, after the display shows 0.00 upon power-on and zeroing, place 50.0kg. Once the weight is locked, add another 50.0kg weight. After the weight is locked again, add another 50.0kg weight. Once it stabilizes, the display shows "PASS" for 2 seconds, indicating calibration is complete. Then, it enters weighing mode.
