    II. Operating Instructions:
    1. Shortly press the SOS button to activate the SOS function, which will announce "Is anyone there? I need your help" every 5 seconds. Press the SOS button again to cancel the SOS function, and it will announce "Closing call"
    2. Short press the voice button to turn the voice function on/off
    3. Short press the oxygen generation button to turn on/off the oxygen generation function
    4. After the oxygen generation function is turned on, short press the flow rate button to adjust the flow rate
    Adjustable range: 1L mode: 1~7L, 2L mode: 2~9L
    5. After the oxygen generation function is turned on, short press the timing button to adjust the timing from 0 to 4 hours, with each press adding 0.5 hours
