Baby scales are essential professional measuring equipment for mother and baby families, postpartum centers, and pediatric institutions. Unlike ordinary human body weight scales, they are designed specifically for newborns and infants weighing 0-20kg. Newborns have delicate bodies and a small weight base. Minor daily weight changes can reflect feeding and developmental health status. Ordinary household weighing scales have rough division values and large dynamic measurement errors, making it difficult to accurately record baby growth data.

1、 PCBA hardware design

1. High precision sensor acquisition circuit

The core components of electronic baby scales, including measurement accuracy, stability, battery life, and intelligence level, are the internal PCBA control board. The entire PCB adopts electronic LCD display and high-precision sensors to measure weight, with high division measurement function.

The core is equipped with a SIC8833 main control chip that integrates a 24 bit Sigma Delta high-speed ADC, eliminating the need for an external conversion chip. The hardware is equipped with a low-temperature drift reference source, which can stably control the weighing error within ± 10g within the temperature range of 10 ℃ -40 ℃ for household use, with a division value of 10g and a minimum recognition weight of 20g, capturing subtle daily weight changes of newborns. The hardware has multiple built-in self checking logic, with on-screen text reminders for overload, low voltage, and sensor abnormalities, ensuring the safety of mother and baby use.

2. Anti shake algorithm

At the hardware level, multi-level signal smoothing circuits are added, and software is equipped with filtering algorithms to real-time filter the instantaneous weight fluctuations caused by the baby's limb movements; Equipped with a one click lock function, the reading is locked after the value stabilizes. Support KG, LB, LB: OZ multi unit free switching, adapted to the needs of overseas cross-border markets. One click peeling function can automatically deduct the weight of urine pads and clothing, and the data is more in line with the real weight of babies.

3. Low power supply architecture

The static current of the whole machine during sleep is as low as 5 μ A, and two 7th AAA batteries can drive the whole machine.

2、 Usage function:

1. Startup method:

Open the battery cover and follow the instructions to install 2 AAA batteries Press the "ON/OFF" button to turn on the device, and the LCD will display -3 seconds before returning to 0.

2. After turning on and resetting to 0, press the UNIT/HOLD button to convert units. After weighing is stable, short press the ON/OFF/ARE button to remove the skin, and long press to turn off.

3. After the weighing is stable, press the UNIT/HOLD button briefly to lock the weight, and press the UNIT/HOLD button again to unlock it. (It cannot be peeled after locking, and can only be peeled after unlocking).
