The core hardware of the pocket scale includes high-precision weighing sensing components, CSU18P88 main control MCU supporting peripheral circuits, LCD liquid crystal display screen, and overall machine shell. The device is equipped with a built-in signal amplification unit that amplifies the weak electrical signals output by the sensor; At the same time, the main control is equipped with a high-precision ADC analog-to-digital conversion module, which is specifically designed to analyze and calculate the weighing signals collected by sensors. After the data is processed and converted by MCU algorithms, it directly drives the LCD screen to output real-time weighing values.

1、 Pocket scale solution product features

1. Power on: After the power on displays "ELITE" for 2 seconds, enter the weighing interface

2. Unit: g (default unit for power on) oz、ozt、dwt、ct、gn

3. Automatic shutdown: When there are no heavy objects or any movements after the startup is completed, the current weight will be displayed as 0, and the shutdown will continue for 60 seconds.

4. Backlight: When there is a heavy object on the scale, it remains stable for 60 seconds without any change, and the backlight will automatically turn off after 180 seconds.

5. Peeling: When there is a heavy object on the scale, press the peeling button first to reset the weight to zero, and the peeling unit on the left will be displayed. After removing the heavy object, the peeling value and negative sign will be displayed.

6. Memory: It will carry the units before the last shutdown.

7. Instability: When the startup is unstable, it will continuously refresh and display "ELITE" for a period of time, and then display data after stabilizing.

8. Stability flag: When weighing on the weighing interface, the "." symbol will be displayed when the weight on the scale is stable, otherwise it will not be displayed.

9. Unit operation:

T ": When weighing, press briefly to remove the skin;

M ": Short press to switch units. Press and hold for 3 seconds during startup to enter calibration.

10. Low power: When the voltage is below 2.4V (measured 2.33V), it will display "LO" and then turn off the backlight.

(1) 8-bit RISC computing core, 24 bit high-precision analog front-end

Simplified instruction set with only 43 single cycle instructions, 8-level hardware stack, efficient computation;

Built in 8K x 16bit OTP one-time program storage and 488 byte data storage (SRAM), sufficient to carry a complete set of weighing algorithms for multi unit conversion, automatic calibration, skinning, and overload protection;

5-speed system clock options (2MHz/1MHz/500KHz/250KHz/125KHz).

(2) Peripherals and display drivers eliminate the need for additional driver chips

Built in 4 × 16 segment LCD driver, directly driving the black and white segment code screen of the pocket scale, supporting digital, stable identification, overload, and low voltage icon display; 7 × 8 constant current LED driver, can be equipped with screen backlight;

24 bidirectional I/O ports, multiple button wake-up ports, 1 buzzer drive, stable weighing, button operation, and buzzer prompt when overloaded;

Hardware resources: One UART, RTC timing, built-in temperature sensor, built-in low voltage reset (LVR).

(3) Ultra low power consumption, compatible with portable battery devices

The working current of MCU is 1.5mA 16MHz in normal mode (working voltage 3V, instruction cycle 500kHz), and the current in sleep mode is less than 1.5 μ A.
