M01 is a lightweight, multifunctional integrated laser rangefinder module that combines portability and professional ranging performance with a compact integrated structure design. The overall size of the module is only 42.15 * 17.00 * 7.10mm, with a weight of about 4g, and can be adapted to two power supply solutions: lithium battery and dry battery.

2、 Core ranging performance parameters

1. Basic distance measurement ability

Range: The measurement covers the range of 0-60 meters and can be flexibly selected according to customer usage scenarios;

High precision distance measurement: The standard accuracy is ± 2mm ± 50 * 10 ^ ¯⁶ * D (D is the measurement distance, in mm), and the test reference environment is Kodak whiteboard with an ambient illumination of less than 500lux. The factory supports manual precision calibration, meeting the requirements of high-precision scenarios such as home decoration surveying and industrial small item measurement;

Laser light source specifications: standard 650nm red laser, laser level is about 1.3mW, does not meet Class2 safety standards; Under a white wall environment at a distance of 10 meters, the diameter of the light spot is 30mm, and the laser emission angle is ± 1.5 ° left and right, and 0-1.5 ° up and down. The beam is stable and not easily affected by small angle offsets, which can affect the measurement results.

2. Measurement efficiency and automatic energy-saving mechanism

Single complete measurement time ≤ 0.5 seconds (5-meter white wall vertical testing environment), fast response speed; Built in two-level automatic sleep mechanism, the laser automatically shuts down after 30 seconds of idle, and the whole machine automatically shuts down after 180 seconds of no operation. Both duration parameters can be adjusted by software, effectively reducing the power consumption of the whole machine. Red standby (laser always on) power consumption is less than 10mA, and its low-power characteristics are suitable for the long-term endurance needs of portable small devices.

The distance display supports free switching between four units: meters (m), feet (ft), inches (inch), and a combination of feet and inches (ft in ch); Integrated with a complete set of professional surveying algorithms, it supports single/continuous measurement, area, volume, triangular Pythagorean measurement, secondary Pythagorean height/height difference measurement, electronic angle, indirect height measurement and other functions.
