In scenarios such as architectural surveying, home decoration surveying, industrial testing, and intelligent equipment matching, small laser ranging modules have become the mainstream sensing accessories in the industry due to their portability, precision, and easy integration advantages. The external dimensions of M03 mold are 46.45mm × 29.50mm × 15.80mm, and the overall structure is neat.

1、 Core ranging performance

1. Flexible range selection, supporting up to 120 meters of measurement

M03 offers multiple range options: 30m/40m/50m/60m/70m/80m/100m (peak 120m), covering all scenarios of short distance measurement for home decoration and long-distance surveying for engineering.

2. Industry level high-precision ranging algorithm

The standard for distance measurement accuracy of the module is ± 2mm ± 50 × 10 ⁻⁶ × D (D is the measurement distance, in mm), and the test benchmark is Kodak whiteboard. The environmental illumination is less than 500lux, and manual accuracy calibration is required.

The optical output adopts 650nm red light laser, which meets the Class 2 laser safety standard. The laser power is less than 1mW, which complies with the safety regulations for civilian electronic equipment.

Complete optical parameter matching: a spot diameter of 40mm at a distance of 10 meters (white wall, illumination of 500lux), laser emission angle of ± 1.5 degrees left and right, and 0~1.5 degrees up and down.

3. Fast response, low-power automatic energy-saving mechanism

The duration of a single standard measurement is ≤ 0.5 seconds. Measure the white wall at a distance of 5 meters and place the rangefinder on the desktop.

Automatic power-off: The laser will automatically shut down after 30 seconds of idle operation, and the whole machine will automatically shut down after 180 seconds of no operation. Both time parameters can be adjusted.

1. Measurement function

Support single measurement and continuous measurement, only those with electronic angle function can have indirect height measurement, area measurement, volume measurement, triangulation (Pythagorean theorem), height and measurement (secondary Pythagorean), height difference measurement (secondary Pythagorean), electronic angle measurement, and indirect height measurement.

2. Supports free switching between four units: meters (m), feet (ft), inches (inch), and a combination of feet and inches (ft in ch).

3. The benchmark mode supports dual mode switching between front and rear benchmarks, with the default front benchmark and a maximum of 9 buttons supported.

3、 Power supply and output

1. Dual power supply voltage adaptation

Lithium battery version: DC 3.4V~4.2V, dry battery version: DC 2.3V~3.3V, both hardware sizes are unified.

2. Output

The module adopts TTL output, with a default output frequency of 2Hz.

4、 Environmental adaptability

Temperature and humidity tolerance: working temperature of 0 ℃~40 ℃, storage temperature of -20 ℃~60 ℃, maximum relative humidity of 90%, suitable for conventional use environments such as humid indoor environments in the south and low-temperature construction sites in winter.
