LHA7928

The LHA7928 device is a 24 bit high-precision and low-power analog-to-digital converter (ADC) compatible with SPI, using small DFN-10 and MSOP-10 packages. The LHA7928 device integrates a low drift voltage reference and oscillator. LHA7928 also includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA). These characteristics, combined with a wide range of operating power supply voltages, make LHA7928 highly suitable for sensor measurement applications with limited power consumption and space. LHA7928 can perform conversions at data rates up to 1000 samples per second (SPS). PGA can provide an input range from ± 64mV to ± 6.144V, enabling accurate measurement of both large and small signals. LHA7928 has an input multiplexer (MUX) that can achieve two pairs of differential input measurements or four single ended input measurements. LHA7928 can operate in both continuous conversion mode and single mode.
